Hello Moderator, my name is Amy Kirby and this is my blog, it contains all of the work undertaken as part of the G324 A2 Coursework Advanced Portfolio Unit within Media Studies.
I chose to work as part of a group with two other people, Abbie Concannon & Caitlin Donnelly, to produce a Music Video, Digipak and Advert for the artist Ellie Goulding, for the song titled 'Figure 8'. The genre of my chosen artist is Indie/Pop.
During this project I enjoyed researching existing real media texts and expanding on my knowledge of conventions of particular genres. My blog is best viewed using Google Chrome. The completed project took approximately 6 months to make.
I hope you enjoy my work.
Regards
Amy Kirby
